Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 29 September 2026 · Last updated: 29 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the anocontent website, dashboard, and related digital services at anocontent.com (the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms.

Operator: anocontent · Support: support@anocontent.com

These Terms are intended for use in the Republic of South Africa. Card payments are processed by PayFast (a PayFast by Network product). anocontent does not store full card numbers.

1. Nature of the service (no physical delivery)

anocontent is a digital software service. We provide online tools to generate, edit, and manage anonymous video scripts and related creative assets. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods. There is no courier, tracking number, or delivery address.

“Delivery” of the Service means we give you online access to your account and the features of your plan after signup or after payment is confirmed. Access is usually immediate once payment is confirmed by PayFast.

2. Accounts

3. Plans, trial, and fees

Unless we state otherwise on the pricing page:

Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and may include VAT if we are registered and required to charge it. We will show tax on the invoice or checkout where applicable.

A “video generation” includes creating a new project and regenerating an existing project. Unused monthly generations do not roll over unless we say so in writing.

4. Cancellation policy

5. Refund policy

Because the Service is digital and access is granted immediately:

Refund requests: email support@anocontent.com with your account email, PayFast payment reference, date, and amount. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are paid back via PayFast to the original payment method and can take several business days to show on your bank statement.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 that cannot be excluded by contract.

6. Delivery / access policy

There is no physical delivery. After successful signup or after PayFast confirms payment, the Service is delivered by activating or extending digital access on anocontent.com. If access does not appear within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, contact support with your payment reference.

7. Acceptable use and content

8. Ownership

Subject to these Terms and third-party licences (for example stock B-roll, fonts, or licensed voices), you own the finished content you generate for your channels. You grant anocontent a limited licence to process that content only to operate the Service (hosting, rendering, support).

anocontent does not claim your ad revenue. Revenue from platforms is paid to you by those platforms.

9. Third-party tools

The Service may call third-party APIs (including OpenAI and ElevenLabs). Their outages or policy limits can affect generation quality or availability. We are not those providers and cannot refund their separate fees charged to us, except as in the refund policy above.

10. Privacy

We process personal information (name, email, account activity, and payment references from PayFast) to provide the Service and meet legal duties. We do not sell your personal information. For access or deletion requests, email support@anocontent.com.

11. Availability and liability

We aim for reasonable uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent allowed by South African law, anocontent is not liable for lost profits, lost channel revenue, or indirect loss. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. Material price changes apply from the next billing cycle after we notify you on the site or by email.

13. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts of South Africa have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable consumer rights.
